Welcome

Louise and Twid Turner are both International Mountain Guides. They bought Moel -y-Don, Trearddur Bay, as they both loved the beaches and cliffs of Anglesey. Trearddur Bay lies in a central location for both some of North Wales beach beaches and some of the wildest coast line of the British Isles. If you are a bird watcher, climber, walker, fisherman, canoeist, golfer or a family seeeking sun sea and sand the location of their cottage is perfect. Its also a short walk to many great pubs and restaurants.

Walks

Walking
The area is fantastic for walkers. You can walk to a beach in under 5 minutes in three directions. The house sits almost on the Coastal path that circumnavigates around Angelsey. You can walk your dogs on the heath and find various circular walks from the house of varying length and interest. The section of coastline from Trearddur Bay to Holyhead is one of the most spectacular cliff top walks in Wales. Passing the famous Gogath and South Stack cliffs. Plenty of cafes, pubs and ice cream stops on route.
